How to find us - Locally

For those with Satellite Navigation, Sat Nav, the nearest Post Code is SA73 2ES

For the interested, the rule that the Post Office use is that you must have a letterbox in order to have an address. We do not have a letterbox so, as far as our wonderful postal service is concerned we have no address. We do not exist. However. If you follow the link below you should be presented with a local map which shows the local Cromwell Road and is complete with a little arrow which shows approximately where the entrance to the park is. There are a pair of gates that lead in and you go through those and follow the path round. Our club house is next to the steaming bays with the car park just beyond. If you are doubtful there is a link below.

Google maps will present you with a street view, now slightly out of date, but you will see the path and the gates between the two houses that flank the entrance. Our Ordnance Survey map reference is SM904069

Please follow this link to see where we are

The arrow points to the entrance to the path which leads to the clubhouse and car park.

If you go to the smallest view you will see the layout of our track.

You will need to click the 'Back' button on your browser to return to our website.

The arrow on the map marks the site entrance

How to find us - From afar

Jump onto the M4 and go West. The motorway finishes at Pontarddulais. (Junction 48). There are Services there. You are is just over an hour or so away from us at this point. From the end of the M4 follow the A48/A40 past Carmarthen to a roundabout at the end of the dual carriageway on the A40 at St Clears. From here take the first exit left onto the A477 for route Option 1 via Pembroke Dock or 2nd exit (right) staying on the A40 for Option 2 via Haverfordwest.

Option 1 via Pembroke Dock

The first exit from St. Clears roundabout is the A477. It is the road towards Tenby, Pembroke and Pembroke Dock. You need to follow this road to the approaches of Pembroke Dock. There is a roundabout with some old and very large ships anchors in its centre. The First and Last pub is on your left. Turn right here past the hire shop, then continue down briefly then up the hill, past one more roundabout to the River Cleddau toll bridge (75p for cars). Carry on, over the bridge to the next roundabout where you take the second exit - straight on in other words. At the next and final roundabout take the second exit towards Steynton. At Steynton you will see the Horse and Jockey pub on your right. Straight across at the traffic lights and follow the road, down past the Edmundsons electrical on you right before climbing the slight incline, into a 30 MPH zone. You are now in Cromwell Road. Our site entrance is on you right between the 3rd and 4the house. Time for a well earned brew.

Option 2 via Haverfordwest

The second exit from the roundabout at St. Clears leads towards our County Town of Haverfordwest also, Milford Haven, St. David's and Fishguard - for the Irish ferry. As you approach Haverfordwest, some 30 miles past Carmarthen, you will pass a golf course on the right after which you drop down into a 40 MPH section that leads you to the first of two more roundabouts. Take the first exit here; it is more or less straight on. At the second roundabout - Aldi then a car sales area on the right as you approach - take the second exit. The first is a minor road. The road you want is called Freemans way. It is the A4076. It passes our Council offices on the right.

One mile further along you will find another roundabout. Take the second exit, signposted to Milford Haven. MacDonald (they get everywhere) on you right. That road, still the A4076, passes through Johnston then back into open country before climbing a hill up to Steynton The church is on your left here. Just past the Church is a cross road with the Horse and Jockey pub on your left. Turn right at Steynton and follow the road, down past the Edmundsons electrical on you right before climbing the slight incline, into a 30 MPH zone. You are now in Cromwell Road. Our site entrance is on you right between the 3rd and 4the house.
